Before selected program members assume full-time teaching responsibility in the summer, they will go through an intensive training institute which will include hands-on teaching experience, observation in EBR schools, guidance from experienced faculty, and seminars on theory and methodology.
Once teaching, all program members can access an ongoing support network, which includes mentor teachers, meetings with cohort members and regular updates from their program director.
